When developers Tridel and Rowntree Enterprises planned to create Auberge on the Park — a three-tower, 890-unit, high-end condominium community in Toronto — they wanted reliable construction solutions to meet sustainability, schedule, and budget requirements. “When we’re planning a project, the key timeline is occupancy,” says Graeme Armster, director of Innovation and Sustainability at Tridel.
